We offer fast, complimentary, and fully insured shipping on every DAIMANTÉ order.

All prices displayed are all-inclusive, covering the product cost, secure shipping, transit insurance, and applicable taxes within India.
There are no hidden charges or payments due at the time of delivery.

2. Discreet Packaging

Your order is shipped in plain, unbranded outer packaging for complete privacy. Nothing on the exterior indicates the precious contents inside.

3. Secure Delivery

All shipments are handled via specialized, secure logistics partners experienced in transporting high-value fine jewellery. Every order is monitored closely throughout transit to ensure the highest level of care.

To ensure secure handover, select high-value orders may require a signature, OTP, or identity verification at the time of delivery.

4. Domestic Orders (India)

Orders are dispatched only after final quality inspection and certification
Estimated delivery: 2–5 business days after dispatch
Delivery timelines may vary slightly based on location and serviceability

While we strive for timely delivery, rare delays due to security checks or regulatory processes may occur.

5. Important Shipping Information

Signature / OTP Confirmation: Required for select high-value orders.
No Re-Routing: Once an order has shipped, delivery details cannot be changed.
Shipment Timing Tip: If your order includes multiple items with different lead times, the shipment date will be based on the item with the longest lead time. To receive certain items sooner, we recommend placing separate orders.

6. Alternate Delivery & Hold Options

If your purchase is a surprise or you may be unavailable to receive it, you may request delivery to an alternate trusted address prior to dispatch.

Domestic Orders: All prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout.
