Return and Refund Policy

At DAIMANTÉ, each piece of jewellery is crafted with precision and care. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, we offer a return and refund facility under the terms outlined below. We encourage customers to review this policy carefully before placing an order.
1. 7-Day Return & Refund Policy
DAIMANTÉ offers a 7-day no questions asked return policy from the date of delivery for in-stock products. (Please note that this only applies to ‘in-stock’ products and not ‘made-to-order’ products)
A return is eligible for a refund only if:
- The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery.
- The product is unused, unworn, unaltered, and in original condition.
- The product is returned in its original packaging along with: original invoice, Certificate(s), any accompanying documentation and the product passes DAIMANTÉ’s inspection.
Refunds will be processed only after successful inspection and approval by our Quality Assurance team.
2. Products Not Eligible for Return or Refund
Returns and refunds are not applicable on:
- Customised, personalised, engraved, or made-to-order jewellery.
- Jewellery that has been resized or altered after delivery.
- Products showing signs of wear, damage or tampering (As per inspection conducted by DAIMANTÉ’s QA Team).
- Orders placed during special sales, promotions, or limited-edition launches.
- Free gifts or complimentary items received with the order.
3. Discount and Offer Adjustment
If any discount, coupon, promotional voucher, or complimentary item was applied at the time of purchase, the refund amount will be adjusted accordingly.
If a complimentary product was provided with the purchase and is not returned, the prevailing market value of that item will be deducted from the refund amount.
4. Refund Timelines and Modes
Approved refunds will be processed as follows:
- Refunds will be issued to the original mode of payment (COD refunds via bank transfer).
- Refund processing time is within 15 to 21 business days from the date of approval.
- Shipping charges, handling charges, certification charges, GST, and making charges are non-refundable.
- No cash refunds will be provided.
5. Return Shipping Charges
- A return shipping charge of Rs.750/- shall be borne by the customer.
- Products must be shipped using DAIMANTÉ-approved logistics partners only
- Customers are responsible for ensuring secure packaging during transit.
- DAIMANTÉ will not be responsible for loss or damage during unauthorised return shipping.
6. How to Initiate a Return
To request a return, customers must follow the steps below:
- Email us at support@daimante.com within 7 days of receiving the product.
- Our customer care team will confirm the return request and provide further instructions.
Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
7. Quality Check and Final Approval
All returned products undergo a strict quality inspection upon receipt.
- Inspection will be completed within 5 to 7 business days.
- If the product does not meet return criteria, it will be shipped back to the customer.
- DAIMANTÉ’s Quality Assurance decision shall be final.
8. Policy Updates
DAIMANTÉ reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be reflected on this page and shall be effective immediately upon posting.
