• Orders are confirmed upon successful payment.

• You will receive a confirmation email and a Whatsapp message with order details upon successful placement.

• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.

• All prices are in INR and inclusive of applicable taxes.

• The final price of each piece may vary slightly depending on the total weight and the exact quantity of precious metal used in the finished product.

 

4. Shipping & Delivery

• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary.

• We ship via trusted logistics partners.

• We are not liable for delays due to third-party logistics or force majeure events. 

 

 5. Return & Exchange Policy

At Daimanté, each piece is thoughtfully made-to-order and returns or exchanges are only possible in the rare case of damage or defects.

 Defective or Damaged Items

In the rare event that you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or damage in transit:

o   Please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the item by emailing at support@daimante.com with your order number and clear photos of the defect/damage.

o   Our team will review the case and provide a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement or repair.

Return Conditions for Approved Cases

The product must be returned unused, in its original packaging, along with the certificate of authenticity and any accompanying items.

Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

 

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the website (images, logos, designs, content) is owned by Daimanté. Reuse or reproduction without consent is prohibited.

 

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for indirect damages arising from website use, product misuse, or delivery delays. We also disclaim liability for website outages, data breaches, or issues caused by third-party services.
